Guidelines for Filling the Form
1. Login Credentials
Please enter your Student Registration Number and National Identity Card (NIC) Number to login. Make sure to use the correct format (e.g., Reg no - SC/2020/21547 | NIC - 895628638V).
2. Name on Certificate
The full name (in English) you gave at the time of university registration will be included on your degree certificate.
- Minor spelling changes: If there are any changes to the letters of the name, indicate them in the relevant box.
(e.g., From: Madhusan To: Madhushan - Allowed)
- Major name changes: Requests to change the whole name or part of the name will not be entertained.
(e.g., From: Konara Perera To: Konara Suduni - Not Allowed)
3. Email Address
All future communications will be sent via the e-mail address you enter in this form. Therefore, please enter your valid e-mail address correctly.
4. Convocation Fees (Non-Refundable)
- Internal and External Graduands: Rs. 6,500.00
- Postgraduate Graduands: Rs. 12,000.00
Make your payment before 31st October 2026.
Convocation Registration Process

Register for the Convocation
Visit paravi.ruh.ac.lk/convocation and complete your registration form.

Join the WhatsApp Channel
Join the official WhatsApp channel using the link provided in the system, or by scanning the QR code displayed.

Make the Payment
Pay securely through the University of Ruhuna Online Payment Portal (pay.ruh.ac.lk) or via bank payment slip.

Check Payment Status
Once updated by the University, your status will be visible in the registration dashboard.

Complete the Online Questionnaire
After payment clears, a mandatory Online Questionnaire will unlock. Please complete it.

Follow the Instructions Section
Final instructions regarding your graduation cloak, garland, and cap collection will appear in the Instructions Area.

You must completely finish the Online Questionnaire before arriving to collect your graduation cloak, garland, and cap.
