University provides facilities to provide facilities to operate student canteens and staff canteens for the benefit of the university students and staff. The service providers will be selected through National Competitive Bidding Procedure for a one year tenure. Some facilities are provided free of charge for the canteen service providers in order to provide a healthy meal for a reasonable price.

Canteen Committees have been established consisting of responsible parties to monitor and to maintain the standards of these university canteens.
